At the time of your reservation, we do require a credit card number, gift certificate number or payment in full.
As a courtesy to our therapists and other guests, we require a minimum of 24 hours of notice to cancel an appointment. For 3 or more services, a minimum of 48 hours of notice is required. If less notice is given the following fees may apply:
- For individual services (not part of a package), a fee of 50% will be applied.
- For spa packages, 50% of the package will be applied.
- For all no shows, 100% of the service/package will be applied.
Absolutely no phone messages or emails can be accepted for cancellation. We do understand that emergencies may occur. If we can fill the appointment time, you won’t be billed at all.
